Version 1.9.6.1: New furniture, bug fixes

A small patch to fix an urgent building bug that takes out a lot of fun ...

New Craftable : Wooden Dummy
Bug Fixes : Building is now allowed when aligned to home base, structures will auto destroy if on unbuildable terrain

My brain failed me when I doubled and tripled checked the code before release, but it was a simple bug to fix, yet one that changes a lot. Welp, now you can build right next to the base with no problems.

This small patch also brings a new furniture to the mix: the wooden dummy. This dummy ... is just a plain ol' dummy for you to place in your home for decoration. You can also twack it in your free time to test your strength. You may also get experience points from it if you twack it enough.

I will also be trying to bring out a discussion board of some sort in order to allow yall to help each other regarding the gameplay as there's plenty to discover~
